No-Show Cancellation Policy - Ultimate Empowerment Coaching

Our No-Show / Cancellation Policy:

We understand that schedules can change and unexpected situations arise, and despite a clients best intentions, they may not be able to attend their appointment. We respect our clients time and situations and ask that you notify us of any changes to your appointment.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment for any reason, and your appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a No-Show fee of your full consultation cost.

Refunds will not be issued for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Out of respect to our clients time, and their reciprocal respect to us, any client who shows up late to an appointment will be assessed a $50.00 late fee, for any time between 1-10 minutes for which they are late for the appointment. Clients who do not arrive within 10 minutes of their assigned appointment will be considered as No-Shows and will forfeit their appointment time. No refund will be issued for this missed appointment.

Our Refund Policy:

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment for any reason, and your appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, UE Coaching will issue a full refund to you, for your appointment cost.

In the event UE Coaching has to cancel your appointment, for any reason, up to and including the 24 hour period prior to your appointment, UE Coaching will make every attempt to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time. In the event a suitable time slot is not available, UE Coaching will refund in full your pre-paid appointment fee.
